Executive Committee—Serves as liaison with the UW administration
on matters pertaining to the American Heritage Center’s mission, programs,
or facility. The Executive Committee is composed of the Chairperson,
Vice-Chairperson, and Chairpersons of all standing committees.
Development Committee—Participates with key AHC staff and
the University of Wyoming Foundation in all phases of the fund raising
process including identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and soliciting
potential AHC financial donors.
Special Events Committee—Recommends special events and projects
that further the mission of the American Heritage Center. Upon executive
committee or board approval the committee plans, coordinates and/or
executes the event or project.
Membership—Participates in annual Associate membership drives
and plans the Associates annual meeting.
Nominating Committees—Responsible for identifying, recruiting,
and recommending individuals to serve as board members, officers,
and committee members of the Board of the AHC Associates.
The Board may create additional committees from time to time as it
sees fit.
