Minutes of Meeting

Present:  Robert Aylward, Maggie Farrell, Robert Hensley, Mark Greene, Steve Boss and Mark Shelstad

White Paper:  Robert Aylward and Maggie offered revisions to the document. Mark Greene will make the changes and send it to Academic Affairs for comment and to see if they believe the document could be used to guide a digital summit.

Digital Summit Products: The group brainstormed the following as possibilities:

• Dspace/Fedora/Greenstone
• Federated Web searching
• College of Engineering senior projects
• MIT's Courseware
• WyGISC

Maggie noted that Dspace requires significant staffing support as an institutional repository and suggested a project to match UW's size and staffing.
