The exhibit examines the services of residents and veterans of Albany County, Wyoming, both at home and abroad, during five of the major conflicts in which the United States has been involved during the 20th century.

This online and traveling exhibit explores the impact of the transcontinental railroad through Wyoming.

This exhibit commemorates Grace Raymond Hebard, University of Wyoming faculty member, administrator, librarian, and Wyoming historian. A tour of motion picture actor Jack Oakie's memorabilia formerly on display at the UW Libraries.
J. K. Moore: Documenting the Wind River Indian Reservation Larry Adler: It Ain't Necessarily So
J.K. Moore Store Larry Adler

Born in Georgia in 1843, Moore arrived at Fort Bridger, Wyoming in 1864. By the 1870s he had become Indian agent at the Wind River Indian Reservation.

Adler gained worldwide recognition as a musician and played with many of the world's top orchestras.

More Pronghorn than People Rural Images:
This exhibit highlights the abundance of pronghorn in the state of Wyoming, the way people and pronghorn have interacted, and the role of pronghorn in the state and around the world. Three artists whose work focuses on the portrayal of rural American life in the twentieth century are the subject of this exhibit.

Thomas Kennet-Were Through Lens and Brush
Thomas Kennet-Were, an English gentleman and artist, traveled across the United States and part of Canada in 1868 and 1869. He documented his
trip by writing an account of his travels, which he titled “Nine Months in the United States,” and by painting many scenes in watercolor.
A photographer and painter of the West, Jackson introduced much of the country to the Western landscape and partially contributed to the creation of national parks.
